About the Author

Amit Vohra, B. Com (H) is Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate. He is an eminent Lecturer in the disciplines like Corporate Laws, Capital Market Laws, Industrial, Labour, General Laws and Economic Laws. He is also a consultant for Corporate Law and Secretarial Matters to a number of reputed companies. He is a visiting faculty member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). He has also imparted Satellite lectures to the students of CA, CS and CMA community under CS Amit Vohra Law Classes. He is well known among the students of Law Fraternity by the name of Law Magnet.

Rachit Dhingra is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and also a law graduate. He is presently working as Assistant Company Secretary & Manager – Legal with Sudhir Power Limited (a renowned name in the Indian Power Generation Sector). He is being honoured as a team member of Interview Panel amongst various reputed Companies. He is a young professional with dynamic personality focusing on his carrier & is dedicatedly contributing to the field of education from last few years.
