About the Author

Amit Vohra, B.Com (H) is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate. He is an eminent lecturer in the disciplines like Industrial and Labour Laws, Corporate Law and General Laws. He is also consultant for Corporate Law and Secretarial Matters to the number of reputed companies.
