With over sixteen years of experience in legal education and research, she has built a distinguished career marked by academic excellence, scholarly contributions, and dedicated mentorship. She previously served as Associate Professor at the Kolkata Police Law Institute under the University of Calcutta, where she was In-Charge of the LL.M. programme. She also held the position of Assistant Professor at Durgapur Institute of Legal Studies affiliated to Kazi Nazrul University, contributing significantly to academic leadership, curriculum development, and student mentoring.

Dr. Swarup Mukherjee is an accomplished legal academician with over sixteen years of distinguished service in the field of law.
