Prof. (Dr.) Paramjit Kaur, having 33 years teaching experience, is an authority in the field of Law of Evidence, Environmental Laws and Military Laws. She is known for her perfection and compassionate behaviour. She has chaired, participated and presented papers on various topics and also attended National/International conferences and seminars. She had supervised more than 20 candidates for Ph.D. and also guided a good number of students for their LL.M. Dissertations. She had been member of various committees in Panjab Universities and other Universities, ie., a member of Board of Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh; Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry.
Prof. (Dr.) Jyoti Rattan, Professor, Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh holds a Post-Doc in Law, Ph.D. in Law, M.Sc. in Chemistry and is a Gold Medallist in LL.M., besides B.Sc. and LL.B. She did her Ph.D. in Law as a University Grants Commission (UGC) Senior Research Fellow. Besides teaching and research, she is an internationally acclaimed and established author and has written 25 books in diverse legal areas including International Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Law and Information Technology (Foreword written by The Chief Justice of India, Supreme Court, New Delhi), Taxation Laws, Company Law, Right to Information (RTI). Law of Contract, Women and Law. She has published research articles on interdisciplinary legal and administrative issues in reputed journals in India and abroad.
Dr. Reena Kansal did her PhD on “Ordinance Making Power and its Impact on Parliamentary Form of Government-A Critical Analysis”. She has worked in the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh from 2013 to 2017 as guest faculty and from 2017 till date as part time faculty teaching procedural laws. She has participated in various national and international conferences. She has also authored a book on Bharatiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
